*Our last appointment is 50 minutes before our closing time.

😷 Clinic Policies (please read carefully!)
Masks are required at all times—no exceptions. Free masks are available at the clinic while supplies last.
Feeling unwell? Stay home until 72 hours symptom-free (no meds)
Cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
→ Late cancellations or no-shows = $50 fee for first time patients, $35 fee for returning patients

We accept cash (exact change), check, credit/debit, HSA/FSA
Appointments last about 45 minutes
We don’t bill insurance, but receipts are available for self-submission
